Charges for visitor parking permit authorisation
When you buy a household parking permit, authorisation to purchase visitor parking permits is included free of charge with your permit.
If you do not own your own vehicle, you will need to purchase a proof of residency permit in order to purchase visitor parking permits.

Paper visitor parking permits
Paper visitor permits (scratch cards) are only available to customers who are unable to access or use the online Permit Portal.
