Daily property parking permits (also known as builders' permits) allow you to park a vehicle in a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone if you're carrying out commercial building or renovation work at an unoccupied property within that zone.
Property parking permits can only be issued to tradespeople carrying out work on behalf of the owner of the property.
Builders or contractors must apply for these permits themselves, property owners cannot do this on their behalf.
A paper permit will be issued after application; the permit is not vehicle specific.
Property owners who are carrying out renovation works at a property within a ResPark zone can purchase property renovation parking permits which can be issued for more long term works at a property.
