Daily property parking permits (also known as builders' permits) allow you to park a vehicle in a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone if you're carrying out commercial building, renovation work, repairs or servicing at a property within that zone.
Builders or contractors should apply for these permits themselves, residents, including property owners, can also apply by providing a detailed reason for the application.
A paper permit will be issued after application; the permit is not vehicle specific but the details on the permit must be completed including the R zone, vehicle registration and address visited.
Property owners who are carrying out renovation works at a property within a ResPark zone can purchase property renovation parking permits which can be issued for more long term works at a property.
A maximum of 1 permit can be used per property per day.
