Landlords and management agents with properties within a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone can apply for landlord parking permits.
The permit is only valid in the zone for which it is issued, so if you have properties in more than one ResPark zone, you would need to apply for a separate landlord permit for each zone. Alternatively, you can apply for a Commercial Parking Permit.
This is a digital permit and can only be issued with a valid email address. No physical permit will be issued.
The permit is vehicle specific.
