Parking permits are now mostly digital, so cannot be misplaced. If you have a paper parking permit and you've lost it, please contact us on telephone: 01904 551309 to request that the lost permit be cancelled.
We'll issue you with a pro rata refund for any remaining full months left on the lost permit.
You will then need to register or log in to your Permit Portal account in order to purchase a new, replacement permit.
There is no additional charge for replacing a lost permit, you simply need to pay to purchase the replacement.
