Parking permit change of address

If you're moving house, whether or not this is to an area where parking permits are still required to park, you must update this through your Parking Portal account.

You can amend your address by using the Parking Portal Edit personal details tab.

Log in to Permit Portal

A change of address will result in any current permits being cancelled, as your permits are associated with your address.

We'll issue you with a pro-rata refund for any remaining full months remaining on the cancelled permit.

If you require a new parking permit at your new address, you'll need make a new application through your Permit Portal account once your address has been updated.

Change of address for permits issued before September 2021

The change of address processes is different if you hold a non-digital permit (a paper permit), issued prior to the launch of the digital Permit Portal.

To update your address you'll need to:

  • register a new Permit Portal account
  • purchase a new permit at your new address

Log in to Permit Portal

Your old paper permit will then be automatically cancelled, and you will be issued with a pro-rata refund for any full months remaining on the old permit.
