Apply for a business parking permit
If you've not already done so, you'll need to create an account by registering your business details in the Permit Portal.
Owners of holiday lets or Air B&Bs will not be able to create a Permit Portal account, or to apply for permits until you have received confirmation that your premises has been verified by Parking Services
You should register as Customer Type: Business and commercial.
You'll need:
- a valid email address
- a copy of your current business rates demand notice
- details of the resident parking zone where your business is located
Register or log in to Permit Portal
Once your account is set up, you will be able to apply for any permits which are available for your address.
You'll be required to pay for your permit with a bank card at the time of application.
If applying for a holiday let or Air B&B permit, you will be able to select whether you want to be issued with a digital permit or a paper permit at the point of application. For a paper business permit this will be displayed in the drop down menu as ‘Business Permit (Paper - Holiday Let Only)’.
