Sub-letting your home

We may allow requests from leaseholders to sub-let their properties. If permitted, this is usually done using an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

If you are using a management company for the purposes of sub-letting, then you need to provide the leaseholder management team with full contact details.

You must make sure that we have your current address and contact phone number in case of emergencies.

You are not permitted to use your home as a short-term holiday let - for example as an Air B&B let. We will take action against this if you are found to be doing this.
