Resident contract permit

Eligibility for the resident contract permit

To qualify for resident contract parking permit:

the property must be your full time residence
you must not reside within a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone
you must not have a garage or other space sufficient to park a vehicle
a residents contract permit can only be used for residential purposes; it cannot be used in conjunction with any business activities relating to the registered address
you must pay council tax to the City of York Council

Only 1 permit will be issued per property and no visitor parking permits are allowed.
