Eligibility for property parking permits
To be eligible for a property permit you must:
- be the owner of an unoccupied residential property that is situated within a ResPark zone
Builders or contractors who are carrying out works at a property within a ResPark zone can purchase daily property parking permits (commonly known as 'builders' permits') which can be issued for more short term works at a property.
If the property is occupied you may be entitled to a household parking permit.
