Property renovation parking permits (property parking permits) allow you to park a vehicle in a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone if you're carrying out building or renovation work at an unoccupied property within that zone.
Property parking permits can only be issued to property owners.
This is a digital permit and can only be issued to an applicant with a valid email address. A paper copy of the permit will also be issued as the permit is not vehicle specific.
Builders or contractors who are carrying out works at a property within a ResPark zone can purchase daily property parking permits (commonly known as 'builders' permits') which can be issued for more short term works at a property.
