Supplementary planning documents (SPDs) provide more detailed advice or guidance on the policies in the Local Plan.
SPDs are used for 'development management' alongside the Development Control Local Plan 2005 to determine planning applications.

These documents are classed as 'draft' as they have been prepared prior to the adoption of the Local Plan, but approved as 'interim planning guidance' and form a material consideration in the planning application process.
