The council’s new Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government on Friday 25 May 2018. As a result of our Local Plan submission, our Local Plan housing policies now apply to all relevant planning applications made after 25 May 2018.
Policy H10 within our Local Plan Publication Draft Regulation 19 Consultation (February 2018) sets out the Affordable Housing provision that will be required for all schemes of two units or more.
