Paying your bill

We offer a number of options to make paying your bill, or paying for our services, as convenient as possible - in most cases you'll need your payment reference number.

Please note that we can't accept cash payments for bills or services at our Customer Centre.

Council Tax

Council tax bills can be set up with the following instalment plans:

  • 10 instalments
  • 12 instalments

Most bills are set to 10 instalments; to change your arrangements contact our Council Tax Team, via the Customer Centre.

Business rates

Business rates can be set up with the following instalment plans:

  • 1 instalment
  • 2 instalments
  • 10 instalments

Other payment information

You can pay online for other council invoices, including:

  • health and social care
  • parking and traffic charges
  • waste and recycling charges
  • business licensing
  • council tax, business rates and rent
  • any other invoices

Pingit

You can use (Barclays Bank UK PLC) Pingit to pay your council tax bill.
