If you've received a court summons for council tax or business rates arrears, you'll need a Special Payment Arrangement to propose a plan to clear your arrears, before the end of the current financial year (by 31 March).
Requesting a Special Payment Arrangement won't prevent our council tax recovery process, nor the associated court costs.
