Submission of the Draft Charging Schedule

The council submitted our draft Charging Schedule for independent examination on Friday 18 July 2025.

Mr Keith Holland BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI ARICS of Intelligent Plans and Examinations has been appointed to examine the Charging Schedule.

The Programme Officer for the Examination is Ian Kemp. His role is to assist the Examiner and interested parties with the procedural and administrative arrangements for the examination process. He will be the first point of contact for any examination related queries and can be contacted as follows:
