Eligibility for community authorisation permits and daily parking permits
To qualify for community authorisation permits and daily parking permits:
- an organasation's employees must need to be able to park in a residents' priority parking scheme (ResPark) zone so they can 'serve the physical or spiritual needs' of residents
- the property of the person receiving care must be located within a ResPark zone
