Planning permission
You may need planning permission to use a property you own or manage as a holiday let and we advise you to check before any bookings are made.
You should seek planning permission advice before any property is let out. We can advise if planning permission is needed, and if it is likely to be granted.
If you don’t get planning permission if it’s needed, we may take enforcement action and you could be being asked to stop letting out the property.
