City of York residents interested in applying should complete an Expression of Interest Form.
Please note: Submitting this form indicates your interest and is not a formal application.
Once the council receives an expression of interest, interested parties will be sent an application form to formally apply for the scheme.
Please be aware that due to the limitations of our scheme funding, any applicants accepted onto the scheme will not have works started until the new financial year, starting April 2027.
This scheme aims to make homes warmer, more energy-efficient, and affordable to run. This is an excellent opportunity to reduce your energy bills and improve your home’s efficiency - don’t miss out!
