We're carrying out our ambitious Housing Delivery Programme to increase the number of affordable homes in the city.
In addition to this, we work with a range of housing developers and registered partners, housing associations, to provide new, affordable housing across York.
Since 2023 there have been a total of 482 affordable homes completed in York.
This can include housing for people who have:
- a disability
- addiction or substance misuse issues
- other specific needs
You need to be registered with us to be considered for any affordable housing development, for rent or for sale, in York.
