As the number of Covid-19 cases increase, it’s inevitable that there will be a rise in the number of infections across our workforce. This may lead to delays and we are doing everything we can to minimise them.
Please be patient when calling to report repairs to your homes. Your call will be answered as soon as possible but we may take more time than usual to pick up the phone.

If you can, please report any non-urgent repairs towards the end of the week.
We're responsible for carrying out many repairs to council homes, but there are also some repairs that you are responsible for. We might charge you for rechargeable repairs. Find out how we carry out repairs to your home.
We aim to ensure that any communal areas are clean and safe by carrying out repairs to communal areas and facilities whenever necessary.

Before reporting a repair, check to see who is responsible for repairs to bathrooms, central heating, doors, kitchens, plumbing, structure, windows and other repairs.
