The Tenant Scrutiny Panel is a group of tenant volunteers who recommend improvements to the way housing services are planned. They make sure that tenants have the opportunity to influence the development of services.

The Scrutiny Panel's process:

  • examines and challenges our performance
  • examines and challenges the planning of services
  • suggests how we can make improvements
  • monitors the agreed changes

Updates on their work are available to tenants and staff in the Streets Ahead magazine and the Tenant and Leaseholder Annual Report.

The Scrutiny Panel meets monthly on a Monday evening at West Offices.

You can read about what they do in the Tenant Scrutiny Panel terms of reference.
