The Tenant Scrutiny Panel is a group of tenant volunteers who recommends improvements to housing services planning - they also ensure tenants have the opportunity to influence this process.

The Tenant Scrutiny Panel:

  • examines and challenges our service planning and performance
  • suggests ways we can improve
  • monitors how we deliver our agreed improvements

For further information on the Panel's role, see the Tenant Scrutiny Panel terms of reference.
