We may alter the rent after a tenant has been given 4 weeks' written notice (usually once a year). The notice will say what change we're going to make and the date when this will happen.
Service charge changes
We may alter other charges (such as service charges) without prior notice.
We have the right to charge you for any new service we provide for your home, and will charge you as part of your rent. However, we'll tell you in writing, at least 4 weeks before we do this.
