Ending your tenancy
You must give 28 days' notice to end your tenancy in an independent living scheme if you want to move out.
If you want to move to another independent living scheme, register with North Yorkshire Home Choice as a transfer applicant.
Downsizing
We have a downsizing incentive scheme where you may get help with moving costs; contact your Housing Management Officer for more information.
