By reviewing our performance figures and exploring ways to improve our service, you'll play a key role in shaping smart, effective decisions that lead to real improvements.
The Performance Panel meet every three months at 6.30pm via Microsoft teams.
What they do:
- Receive regular officer reports relating to performance and will comment on and challenge officers appropriately
- Monitor performance against targets within Building Services and Housing Services
- Monitor performance against Key performance indicators
- Receive benchmarking and best practice comparisons
No special skills are needed - just a keen eye and a willingness to contribute.
