The Infrastructure Funding Statement provides a summary of the financial and non-financial developer contributions or planning obligations the council has secured through Section 106 agreements from new developments within the city.
The report provides:
- an overview of when the council can seek planning obligations from a developer
- the contributions secured by the council during the reported year and what these are intended to be used for in the future
- the contributions the council has received during the reported year and what these are intended to be used for
- the projects that collected contributions have been spent on during the reported year
The information included in this report will be updated and published here annually.
