The 'Tenant Scrutiny Panel' is a group of tenant volunteers who recommend improvements to the way Housing Services are planned. They make sure that tenants have the opportunity to influence the development of services.
The panel's scrutiny process is a means of:
- examining and challenging our performance
- examining and challenging the planning of services
- making suggestions on how we can make improvements
- monitoring the agreed changes
The panel meet monthly on a Monday morning. You can read about what they do by going to Tenant Scrutiny Panel terms of reference.
