Election information for candidates

Register of Electors for candidates

A copy of the Register of Electors is available for inspection at West Offices for candidates to check electoral numbers for proposers, seconders or assenters to the nomination form.

We can issue copies of the Register of Electors to individual candidates (for the ward or parish they intend to stand for) after a Notice of Election is published.

To receive a copy of the register, candidates must complete the form in their nomination pack (or provided by the Electoral Commission), and return it by email: register.requests@york.gov.uk.

Alternatively, post completed forms requesting a copy of the Register of Electors to:

Deputy (Acting) Returning Officer
Constantine Room,
West Offices
Station Rise
York
YO1 6GA
