Support with physical disabilities and health conditions

We offer a range of services for people with a physical disability or serious health condition (and their carers), including:

an occupational therapy assessment to identify how your disability impacts your everyday life
advice and information
equipment to enable you to remain independent at home
adapting your home environment to make it more suitable for your needs
offering housing advice to enable you to move to a more accessible property

We're available between 5.00pm and 8.30am, Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day over weekends (between 5.00pm Friday until 8.30am Monday), and 24 hours on bank holidays.
