- keeps networks working for everyone
We're not responsible for 'utility boxes' in most cases; we're only able to help if you report graffiti on a utility box - all other problems with must be reported directly to the appropriate utility company.
Report problems with utility boxes
Damage to telecoms, broadband and fibre equipment must be reported directly to the supplier.
- Openreach - report issues to Openreach including damaged BT cables, cabinets, boxes, covers or telephone poles
- Virgin Media O2 - report issues to Virgin Media including damaged cables, cabinets, boxes or covers
