As we're committed to listening to your views and acting on your feedback we commission our tenant satisfaction survey every year.
2,000 tenants are randomly selected to receive a survey in the post, others have the option to complete an online version.

The results from the survey will be evaluated and feedback will be used to plan and improve services.
