Neighbourhood Area Designation
The Heworth Without Neighbourhood Plan Area Application and Boundary was approved by Officer Decision on 10 February 2026, enabling Heworth Without Parish Council to commence work on developing a Neighbourhood Plan for the area, supported by City of York Council. Read the Decision Notice here.
The Heworth Without Neighbourhood Plan Area application was submitted to the City of York Council by Heworth Without Parish Council on 18 December 2025.
