General planning queries should be directed to planning.enquiries@york.gov.uk, where they will be passed on to a relevant member of the department for a response.
If your query relates to an ongoing application, contact can be made with the relevant Planning Officer dealing with your application, or with a manager where required. Your Planning Officer’s contact details are included within your validation letter.
