Self-funding and funding eligibility

Self-funders are responsible for paying for care; you'll cover the full cost of your support and won't be able to get funding.

We can give you an idea of when funding becomes available, if:

you've been self-funding in a care home
you don’t own a property, and
your savings are reducing to £23,250
