Garages available to rent
You must register to bid for a council garage before you can apply for garages available to rent.
Our garage directory will show:
- location details for available garages, including postcode
- the total number of garage units at each location
- whether the standard or premium charge applies
To place your bid you will need to provide:
- your application reference number
- your application date
- your contact details
There are currently no garages available to rent.
The directory will be updated each Wednesday to show locations where garages are currently available for the coming week.
If you're not able to bid online, you can place a bid by calling telephone: 01904 551550, then selecting option 4 (for 'Housing Services'), then option 4 again (for 'Leaseholders, Right to Buy and garages').
Successful applicants will be notified within 72 hours and the tenancy will commence on Monday of the following week.
