Alter an existing club premises certificate
In order to make amendments to your existing club premises certificate, you must complete the relevant application form:
You must return your application form to Licensing Services, along with:
- the appropriate fee
- the club premises certificate (or appropriate part of the certificate)
- the reasons for failing to provide the certificate if you are not able to do so
