York Register Office can provide a celebrant to deliver a funeral service, whatever your chosen location. Alternatively York Crematorium can provide a celebrant to deliver funeral services at the crematorium.

Book a celebrant with York Register Office

A Celebrant Officer from York Register Office can deliver a professional and sensitive funeral ceremony, which reflects the character and nature of your loved one, as a unique way of celebrating their life and paying tribute to them.

Planning a civil funeral

Qualified, professional celebrants from York Register Office can help you to face the daunting task of planning a funeral for your loved one, including:

A short ‘Scattering of ashes’ ceremony can be conducted by a celebrant from York Register Office.
