York Local Plan 2045

Local Plans need to be reviewed at least every 5 years to allow for consideration of updated information on the needs of our communities and changes to policy at the national level.

As the process gets underway, using the Town and Country Planning (Local Plan) Regulations 2026, we'll keep you informed of our progress, and let you know how you can get involved.
