The Home Upgrade Grant is a grant to help those homes not using mains gas to heat the home to become more energy efficient and save money and energy.
The Home Upgrade Grant phase 2 is available to help homes that do not use mains gas for heating and:
- have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D or lower (if you don’t know the rating we can check this) which may result from:
- having non or poor-quality insulation
- having an inefficient high-cost heating system for example, storage heaters, oil or coal
