Come along to one of our running and jogging groups, organised by Run York, in partnership with City of York Athletic Club and Heworth Harriers.
Sessions are available for beginners or for experienced runners.
We've developed social sessions for new and returning runners, to help you to keep fit in a fun environment or to train for events such as the Race For Life 5k and 10k events.
For more experienced runners (who can run 6 miles or more), we offer sessions to help with training for half or full marathons.
We aim to help you complete your chosen event and hope that you'll enjoy the fun, friendly and social training sessions for mixed-ability runners and joggers. The sessions are led by highly qualified instructors and supported by Run York joggers.
