Empty property loans

We've developed 2 interest free loans to help owners bring long-term empty properties back into use:

Interest free empty property loan

Borrow up to £15,000 per property with no repayments during the loan period, no interest charges and no charges for early repayment.

You can choose whether to repay the loan in 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.

Borrow up to £30,000 per property with no repayments during the loan period.

To apply for an interest free or equity release loan, contact the Healthy and Sustainable Homes Service.

You should seek independent financial advice before entering into a loan agreement.
