Inclusive Recovery City – employer support guide

Recovery strengthens everyone, not only individuals. When workplaces and communities are inclusive, people are supported to reach their full potential.

Recovery-inclusive workplaces recognise that substance use and recovery can affect any organisation. By responding with empathy and compassion, supported by clear policies and informed leadership, employers can improve wellbeing, staff retention, and workplace culture while contributing to a healthier city.
