Civic Party event invitation enquiry form

Use this form to enquire about inviting the Lord Mayor, Sheriff and members of the Civic Party to attend an event in person.

Please consider the Civic Protocol when preparing for your engagement.

We require 14 days' notice to consider and process event invitation enquiries.

Once we've received your invitation enquiry, the details will be discussed with the Civic Party. If your invitation enquiry is accepted we'll ask you to provide the full details of your event - we'll do this with a further eform. We will then require a further 14 days' notice to process your full invitation.

To complete this form you'll need to provide:

• your contact details
• your organisation details
• brief details of the event, including event date, start time and end time
