Make a City Centre Vehicle Access Application, to apply for a 'Combined Parking Waiver and Authority to Contravene a Moving Traffic Order'.
Applications should be made at least 5 working days before you require access to the city centre area.
You may apply with less notice if emergency access is required. Emergency applications should be made at least 2 hours before you require access.
The waiver will be issued by email, and should be printed and prominently displayed within your vehicle whilst within the restricted area, if possible.
If the City Centre Vehicle Access Terms and Conditions are breached, you could be liable for a penalty charge notice and/or prosecution.
There is an administrative fee of £50.00 per vehicle, per day. This charge is not subject to VAT.
An invoice for the fee will be raised at the end of the calendar month within which access is required.
If you wish to apply for a waiver for more than 1 vehicle, you'll need to complete a separate application for each vehicle.
