Our approach to equalities

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Calendar

Our 2026 annual Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) calendar helps us to acknowledge and celebrate the diverse cultures, and identities and backgrounds represented within our organisation and communities in York and the surrounding area.

The calendar does not aim to include every celebratory or commemorative date. However, it does include a wide range of significant dates to encourage understanding of our differences and support EDI awareness raising.
