Our Open Housing portal brings together all housing services for everyone who works with them.

Watch our video for help on getting started with Open Housing:
To register with the Open Housing Portal, select 'register' and enter:
- your surname
- your date of birth
- your account or tenancy reference (starting '1900' or '60')
To create your Open Housing username and password:
- enter your email address, and confirm it
- create a password (must be between 8 and 12 characters long)
- confirm your password
- check your email for a confirmation message
- click the link to complete registration - you'll see a message on screen confirming your account is activated
To log in and access your account:
- click log in
- enter your username (your email address)
- enter your password
- click 'Log in'
