Report a problem – Bereavement Services

We maintain and repair the grounds at our cemeteries on a regular basis (at York Crematorium, Dringhouses cemetery and Fulford Cemetery). However, you can complete this form to report problems, such as:

• fallen trees
• collapsed headstones
• overgrown hedges

We'll assess the problem and make it safe if required, before carrying out any necessary repairs within 7 working days.

Please be aware that our system will 'time out' after 10 minutes spent on each page. We suggest you gather the required information ahead of completing the form, as it is not possible to save a partially completed form, nor to retrieve information if it times out.
