You can use this form to enquire about the availability of our registrars and our Bootham Venue.
You'll be asked to pick three dates and times for your ceremony. We'll then compare that to our calendar and let you know which option is available, but we'll work in order of prefernence, for example, your first date and time is the most preferrable option.
We offer three types of service at our Bootham venue, and a fourth option to have a ceremony at another venue.
- a statutory ceremony, 2 witnesses and the couple - this basic ceremony option is available, late afternoons on selected weekdays only, so availability is limited
- a large ceremony, up to 50 guests and the couple
If you're having a venue ceremony elsewhere, you'll need to check with your ceremony coordinator to check the numbers.
Once the date and time of your ceremony has been confirmed with you, we'll agree the slot and take the fee.
Please note: our system will 'time out' after 10 minutes. However, you will have 10 minutes to complete each page (not the overall form).
