Access our Mental Health Recovery Service
You can access the Mental Health Recovery Service at 30 Clarence Street - see: www.yorcommunitywellbeinghub.org for details.
Alterntively, you may be able to be referred to Mental Health Recovery Service at 22 The Avenue.
Out-of-hours mental health support is provided by York Safe Haven, Mental Health Matters on weekdays from 6.00pm to 10.00pm, and at weekends from 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
Mental Health Recovery Service at 22 The Avenue
22 The Avenue is a referral-only, residential service for adults with mental health needs.
Our services are open to anyone aged over 18 from within the city of York.
We support you to:
- build confidence
- achieve your goals
- develop daily living skills to promote independence
- manage with budgeting and bills
- live within your local community
- access opportunities or groups
We work in partnership with your support team.
