Verify your identity
We may be able to verify your identity without the need for other documentation; for example, when your request is from an email address we already use to correspond with you.
If we need other documentation to verify your identity, you'll need to provide:
- 1 document from 'Verify your identity'
You can email or post copies of these documents; we advise you only post copies, not originals.
You will need to provide this information within one calendar month from when we request it. If we do not receive the necessary documentation, we will consider the request closed and no further action will be taken. Please note, the timescale for responding to your request will not start until we receive the information requested.
If you have any questions or need assistance in providing the required information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
