Contact us about our range of day services, available to adults aged 18 years or over with learning disabilities, older people and Disabled people.

Activities and day support are:

  • offered based on individual care assessment as part of a formal 'care plan'
  • promote independence
  • provide quality of life opportunities

For older people and Disabled people, we can provide these services at various locations around the city including residential homes and sheltered housing sites.

For adults with a learning disability, the services range from support provided by a medium-size day centre and five small community-based services, to individual and community support services.

Day support costs

There is a charge for:

  • attending day support
  • day support transport
  • certain activities

How much you need to pay depends on the benefits you receive and any savings or income you have. All charges will be discussed with you during your assessment.
